Mary Catherine Toker was most recently Vice President of Global Government and Public Affairs for General Mills, Incorporated. In this capacity, she led the company’s public and government affairs organization and provided strategic leadership on a broad range of public policy issues of importance to General Mills around the world.
Mary Catherine joined General Mills in 1988 having served on the legislative staff of U.S. Senator George J. Mitchell (D-Maine). Mary Catherine serves on the Executive Committee of the World Federation of Advertisers. She also serves on the Boards of Directors of the US Council for International Business, the Canadian American Business Council, the Congressional Hunger Center and the Public Affairs Council.
