Breanna is an Advocacy Officer at Helen Keller International. She has a Master's in Public Policy Analysis from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of Michigan, where she focused on social protection, justice, and education policy issues. With over ten years of experience in policy analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, coalition building, and advocacy, Breanna is passionate about using public policy to eliminate systems of structural inequality globally. Before her current role, she worked as a Leland Fellow at InterAction, where she contributed to multiple projects and publications on foreign assistance, food security, nutrition, and conflict prevention and facilitated stakeholder engagement and coordination among NGOs, donors, and governments. She is motivated by the vision of a more just, inclusive, and sustainable world where human rights and dignity are respected and protected. In her free time, she enjoys trips to the farmers' markets, live music shows, watching football (Go Blue and Go Lions), and practicing latte art.
