Resilient Food Systems

Our current food system is struggling to sustain our world’s growing population.

Farmers face increasingly frequent droughts and extreme weather events due to climate change, reducing their productivity as well as means of earning a living.

Meanwhile, supply chain inefficiency, food loss, and food waste add up to $1 Trillion in financial losses each year, while hundreds of millions of people around the world face acute food insecurity.

We work to build resilient food systems, focusing on solutions ranging from climate-smart agriculture to urban farming, food recovery and effective emergency food systems to procurement strategies, and regional planning and policy.
