J.P. graduated from Howard University in 2006 from the Honors Department with a degree in Political Science. At Howard, J.P. served as the youngest undergraduate member of the University's Board of Trustees; co-founded an IB mentoring program at a local high school; and worked in the U.S. Senate, the Massachusetts House of Representatives, and various non-profit organizations. He has also completed various fellowships and academic programs focusing on policy, law, and civic service.
