Tammie Smith

Tammie is a 2010 graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, with a degree in philosophy and a minor in environmental studies. She participated in the Transforming Community Project, a university dialogue focused on human differences such as race, gender and sexuality.  She was also a member of the Ethics and Servant Leadership Forum, volunteered at a local homeless refuge and social advocacy organization, and worked with Emory’s Office of Sustainability Initiatives on sustainable community development and sustainable tobacco farming.
