Tiphaine graduated from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in 2019 with an MPH in International Health and Development with a focus on humanitarian emergencies. She wrote her final public health analysis on the nutritional impact of cash programming for food in humanitarian contexts. Tiphaine also completed a practicum with Save the Children’s World Food Program team as part of her degree. Her main project at Save the Children was an analysis of the impact of supply chain breaks on supplementary feeding programs in South Sudan. Prior to attending graduate school, Tiphaine served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Botswana for two years where she worked at a small village clinic. Tiphaine also received a Bachelor of Arts in 2014 from McGill University where she majored in International Development and minored in Political Science.
