Hatching a New Ecology of Food: A guide to bringing an inclusive, sustainable farming system to your community presents the Rural Enterprise Center’s approach to sustainable farming in a multimedia guide accessible for community members and leaders in southern Minnesota and beyond. Relying heavily on interviews, it also documents the realities facing many low income Latino families living in rural communities across the region and the respective challenges and opportunities of conventional and sustainable farming systems.
