On Wednesday, June 3, 2015, CHC will host the 2015 Congressional Awards Ceremony where we will celebrate accomplishments, honor exemplary leaders, and recognize our partners in the fight to end hunger. We invite you to join us in the movement to ensure access to food as a basic human right for all people. This form provides an avenue for sponsors to verify or share their sponsorship commitments with CHC staff.
