Ayanna Williams

Public Health Analyst, Health Resources and Services Administration

Ayanna Williams is a Public Health Analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Health Resources and Services Administration. She began her career as a Hunger Fellow with the Hunger Task Force (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) and Food Research and Action Center (Washington D.C.) and later went on to serve as a rural health educator with the U.S. Peace Corps in Morocco.

Ms. Williams leads Cardiovascular Disease and Chronic Condition technical assistance for 1300+ federally qualified health centers. She previously worked as a research consultant, providing qualitative and quantitative research expertise for several federal agencies, state agencies, and community based organizations.

Ms. Williams received a B.A. from Colgate University and a M.P.H. from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. While at Emory, she served as Paul D. Coverdell Fellow.
